ER20 12 Tool Premium Linear Magazine

The ER20 12 Premium Magazine accommodates up to 12 tools. It allows for safe unattended use by employing our innovative failsafe tool recognition sensor. It also includes a flexible clear vinyl cover that seals tight to the servo housings providing a good seal against dust and debris.

The Patent Pending RapidChange ATC Magazine is precision machined from tough HDPE employing our unique patent pending spring loaded socket design. It works with your CNC and common spindle to allow smooth and reliable tool changes out of the box. Aside from a tool setter and the ability to run your spindle in reverse for unloading tools it can be used as a stand alone unit with no inputs or outputs required.

Macros for integrated motion control platforms as well as g code templates for writing your own macros can be downloaded from the website after purchase.

The following is included with the premium magazine:
1 Linear Magazine machined from tough HDPE.
Simple Control Interface connects with the motion controllers power supply, one input and one output. Input voltages from 12v-36v DC sourced from the motion controllers DC voltage in. Only 4 wires to connect for complete control.
Failsafe InfraRed Sensor for loading and unloading confidence.
Servo Driven Dust Cover to keep debris away from tools being stored.
M6 socket head cap screws for mounting the magazine.
